Marmoset Village
A haven for marmosets released from laboratory research
In 2007, Jungle Friends took in eight marmosets who were released from research at two different labs. "Munchkin Land", our marmoset and tamarin area, ran out of space! The marmosets who arrived in November had to be housed in temporary, indoor quarters while funds were raised and new habitats constructed.
Thanks to the devoted support of our donors and volunteers, the dream of a wonderful new home for these little monkeys has become a reality!

You can help!
Please sponsor one of the marmosets released from laboratory reaseach! Your monthly sponsorship donation of $10, $25, $50 or $100 provides for the ongoing, lifetime care of the monkeys, and helps assure that Jungle Friends will always be here to help monkeys in need.
Next Stop: Tamarin Town!
The development at Jungle Friends is not done yet! Ten cotton-top tamarins released from reaseach will be arriving just as soon as we can get ready for them. Their new building, funded by the lab, is already in place, but we must still raise the funds for their outdoor habitats. Please make a donation to our retirement fund today and help us bring the tamarins home!
Monet and her friends would really appreciate it!
