Bonnie Las Vegas

Bonnie Bonnie is a white-faced capuchin monkey that arrived at Jungle Friends with her best friend Spunky, another white-faced capuchin, on March 29, 2005 when she was 9 years old. Bonnie and Spunky were 'pet' monkeys and ended up at Jungle Friends when they escaped their cage and terrorized the housekeeper. A law suite and $40,000 later, the monkeys came to live at Jungle Friends. White-faced capuchins seem to be even more territorial and aggressive than other monkey species.

Bonnie Bonnie has a very sweet disposition and is devoted to her companion Spunky. Bonnie and Spunky spend most of their days playing in their spacious habitat. They love to play in the trees, swing from the ropes and chase each other around, hiding from one another in the lush foliage. Bonnie loves to forage through the earth and find yummy tidbits in the ground. They also spend a lot of time grooming each other, they are a lovely couple.
