Wanda is a petite female tufted capuchin who arrived at Jungle Friends on October 3, 2005 when she was 6 years old. Wanda came to Jungle Friends by way of another sanctuary after her monkey companion there had passed on. It was felt that Jungle Friends would have more friends available for her. This has proven true, as Wanda has made very good friends with two of the monkeys, Connie and Kabooki. The three cuddle together at night, and Wanda loves to groom and play with both of her new monkey friends. Wanda is a very sweet and mild mannered monkey, and gives an ear-ringing scream when she spots a good friend approaching.
