Miki Moo

After months of preparation, Miki Moo and her companion of ten years, Mico Monster, arrived at Jungle Friends. Miki and Mico met the fate of many “pet” monkeys; after attacking their guardians, Jungle Friends was called. Also, like many monkeys in captive situations, Mico is diabetic and was insulin-dependent upon his arrival at the sanctuary.

Miki is a very sweet and sensitive girl. She was initially distraught by the move, and slower to adjust to her new environment than her bold companion. However, several months later, her concerned looks and lost calls have turned into play faces and giggles!
