Bandit
Bandit came to Jungle Friends with 25 other squirrels monkeys after the FDA ended the nictotine studies that Bandit was a part of. This marked a huge milestone in history as the first time the FDA ever retired monkeys to a sanctuary, launching the trend of sanctuary retirement as an important step for research monkeys. Bandit got his name from being a messy little guy who rubs his sleepy face with his dirty hands leaving dark circles around his eyes. He enjoys long, lazy back rubs. Bandit’s opposite is his friend Hank, who is a very tidy looking monkey who is always ready to greet people with clean face and hands. |
