Leonard came with 4 other squirrel monkeys from Yerkes National Primate Research Center at Emory University. We're so happy with this trend of universities retiring monkeys to sanctuary homes. Leonard and his monkey friends have really taken to their new larger life at Jungle Friends and are  enjoying their new outdoor environment!

Leonard can be found in his habitat sunbathing or flirting with the girls next door. When his neighbors Michael & Ringo are too playful sometimes he can act like a grumpy grandpa, trying to tell them to settle down!
