Murphy Brown is a beautiful eight-year-old tufted capuchin that arrived at Jungle Friends in April 2003. She had lived in Los Angeles with legendary DJ Jim Ladd and her human mom Shelly. Murphy is diabetic and after reading about our successful treatment of Connie & Buddie and visiting us, Shelly brought her here and watched the magic as she met her first monkey companions.
She knew she made the right decision and Murphy is now living it up with her own kind here at Jungle Friends. She now shares a large habitat, monkey play, and diabetes-friendly meals and forage with JF's other diabetic monkeys, Connie and Buddie, as well as their friends Tyler and Iris.
