Stinky

Stinky, a white-faced capuchin, is 9 years old and was received by Jungle Friends on May 28th 2004. She came from a zoological organization which she called home for 6 years. The non-profit organization in northern Illinois was closing their doors due to lack of funding, and needed to find a good home for this very sweet primate. Stinky lived with her best friend Puchi, a brown capuchin, for 4 years and loved to terrorize him. She was stolen from her natural mother and sold into the exotic pet trade. Stinky lives up to her name by being too smart for her own good. She attempts to unlock the padlock on her habitat by using food, her fingernail, or even her tail. Her favorite foods are grapes, bananas, peanuts, and her monkey biscuits after she soaks them in her water. Stinky hates carrots, and will try to feed them to someone else. When she sleeps she will wrap her blanket around her head, and gets annoyed when she gets woken up before she is ready to rise. Stinky loves to groom Puchi, and always sucks her thumb on her foot when she is content.
