Charlie Brown was found at a pawn shop where he was being persecuted by the customers. A caring individual bought him to get him out of the horrific situation he was in and cared for him until it was obvious that Charlie needed to be with other monkeys – next stop, Jungle Friends. Charlie enjoyed watching movies in his indoor enclosure, especially movies with dogs in them. He also entertained himself with his monkey toys and could keep himself amused for hours; however when Charlie spied another monkey in a neighboring habitat, he was fascinated! Charlie socialized with the other monkeys very quickly -- doesn't have much use for movies any longer; he has a real life of his own with a full agenda of monkey fun. Charlie has turned playtime into an all-day marathon event. It wears me out just watching their wild rough and tumble play! At night they curl up together to sleep; it is so heartwarming seeing monkeys who were isolated for so long, able to enjoy the company of other monkeys.
