Krsna

Krsna was kept as a pet to a family that provided him and Louie with large outdoor habitats as well as indoor enclosures. Kari and our habitat builder at the time even helped the family design the habitats to provide Krsna and Louie the most enriching environment. When one of the family members became very ill and required traveling to different states for treatment, providing Krsna and Louie with the care they needed became very difficult therefore, Krsna and Louie were brought to Jungle Friends. 

Krsna adjusted well to life here at Jungle Friends as he was already familiar with our habitat design, runway system and indoor enclosures. We have tried socializing Krsna with some of our female capuchins but unfortunately we have not found the right companion yet, we are still very hopefully though as Krsna is a sweet, smart boy who would love the right friend. Krnsa loves peanuts, his male caregivers and visitors, and sleeping in his blankets in his heat cave.
