Mia

Mia and Poppy, were ex-pets and went through several homes. One of their “owners” removed all of their teeth. This is an unfortunately common practice in the hopes of preventing bites. Fortunately, being toothless hasn’t stopped Mia and Poppy from enjoying their yummy food at Jungle Friends, they are champion eaters, with little left in their bowls at the end of the day!

Mia has quickly become the official greeter at Jungle Friends, barking her distinct “Hello!” at everyone who passes through the gates. A very sweet and good-natured monkey, Mia loves to spend her afternoons grooming her best friend Poppy, munching on cucumbers and chatting with their monkey neighbors.
