Raya 2012 - 2018

Raya was born in a laboratory, where she was used in studies on vocal cord development. Fortunately for her, the lab decided to retire her from research, and she was retired to Jungle Friends.

Despite having never been outside, Raya quickly adapted to outdoor life. Though she was very shy around humans, she was still very curious about the other monkeys and interested in her new environment. Raya could often be seen climbing the trees with her best friend, catching bugs and sunning themselves. Raya was very inquisitive,sitting atop her favorite branch and watching everything going on around her.
