Zabbu was confiscated by Florida Fish and Wildlife when she was just a baby. She was malnourished and had a broken arm due to metabolic bone disease. Fortunately, a local rehabber rescued her. After Zabbu’s rescuer volunteered at Jungle Friends, she made sure that Zabbu had a forever home at Jungle Friends. Zabbu lived the second part of her life in Munchkinland with other marmosets and tamarins. Zabbu’s favorite time was always mealtime, and she was a champion eater! She could usually be found in her habitat looking for bugs to eat, or in her runway watching everything going on around her. Zabbu was very loved by her rescuer who continues to be involved at Jungle Friends. Munchkinland carestaff will miss hearing Zabbu's chattering everyday at feeding time.
